Minneapolis MN – Adams Radio Group closes on Stations in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Stations included in transfer are “Great Country” KGRT, at 103.9. CHR “Hot 103.1” KHQT, Regional Mexican “La Gran D” KKVS, and talk/sports KSNM at 570. They’re all licensed to Las Cruces except for KKVS licensed to Truth or Consequences. Sellers are the co-owned Sunrise Broadcasting and Richardson Commercial Corporation.
The acquisition was brokered by Jim Hoffman of Explorer Communications. The acquisition was valued at $ 4 million.
